REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL
UPBID operates as a third-party verification platform. As such, all sales placed through our auction system are considered FINAL. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse or discovered defects.
2. UPBID RESPONSIBILITIES
UPBID’s sole responsibility is the verification of the seller and item authenticity prior to listing. We do not handle, ship, or repair physical goods.
3. SHIPPING DAMAGE EXCLUSION
Shipping damage is NOT the responsibility of UPBID. Once a lot is shipped, risk passes to the buyer. You must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
4. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE EXCEPTION
The only exception is proven non-authenticity by a third-party expert. In this event:
- Refunds are issued minus an $80.00 Processing Fee.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
