1. How do I place a bid?

Navigate to any live auction and enter your maximum bid amount. The system will automatically bid for you up to that amount to keep you in the lead. You will be notified immediately if you are outbid.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All payments are securely processed at the time the auction ends and you are confirmed as the winner.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

3. How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping costs vary based on the bulk and size of the lot. You can see the exact shipping cost on the item page before you bid. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.

4. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of bulk auctions, all sales are considered final. However, we offer full protection if the goods received are significantly damaged or not as described.
